You can use a program called paint.net to resize any picture file. It works pretty neat, you can tell it exactly how many pixels on each side. I would just do a google search for it.

Not all about pvp, but the endgame focus seems to be on it. I would compare what ive read to how the endgame of DAOC is.

Evidently the top pvpers every week get an ability that turns you into a pvp raid target. Unlocks your divinity or something like that.
