Sitt, was that a bug? If so, I get the same one. Sometimes I'll have the desktop running for a bit, logged into EQ, and I'll see random people who can't be seen except for weapon, shield, and armor... oh, and hair. The skin is gone.

She needs to make a trip to the local river/lake, because her hair looks like it hasn't been washed. You'd think with all the deaths, her hair would come back clean each time...making bathing useless :p
