In the 3 years that I have know Rags, I think that post is more than I have seen him say combined.
That includes his inc messages on raids.

Mana Flare and similar effects will no longer fire on "procs".
- The duration on Mana Flare has been doubled.
- Mana Flare strikes now generate little to no additional agro.
