Similar issue here with both LoN and EQ. Most likely login server(s) overwhelmed or problematic.
Best solution for us is to just keep trying until they get it fixed!

Unfortunately, i think that the testing process is SOP, but it never seems to go over well once they go live.
Oh well!
Ack! gonna have to switch to the Default UI for awhile as well. Hopefully the new features will add some sparkle to make it tolerable.
