You're also forgetting that the rogue poisons have a max proc counter of 30 procs pe dose. Each of these are to proc 30 times and then the buff will drop, requiring you to rebuff with the poison. This particular poison is meant to proc on average 1ppm (proc per minute) or use. So, the buff will last...
