The heal from items "fix" has apparently had a great deal of effect on lifetap aug procs when they crit, ie = 250-ish heals were turning into 350-ish heals, not sure how this will effect the sk self buff or aa tap abilities but we'll see.

What happened is that bards were given an adjustment so that they could reach a 0% fizzle rate on all songs except those listed as specialized, where a 2% fizzle rate would apply.
