After being in Mirkwood (emphasis on Mirk) I came up with a set of graphic settings (options panel) I do not need to change in any lighting except for GAMMA:

1) Ambient light = .30
2) Bright = .90
3) Contrast = 1.25
4) Gamma = 1.30 (1.20-1.50 depends on the weather)
