Pallies and SKs to get a Weaponshield Disc

A developer confirmed it's on Test now (although it was released prematurely).
Looks like a level 59 disc available from a PoK merchant that acts like weaponshield and allows you to block all melee attacks with a shield, has a 12 second duration, 0 cost, 50 upkeep, 40 minute reuse (from the disc window).
