Didnt see a thread for us bardic types, so going to go ahead and create one. Copied directly from EQDivas... also nice to have one here since their forum dosent work half the time :)

[ ] Hail, Lantaric`Dar (415, 3950 Wakening Lands) follow dialog
[ ] Kill 3 x A Giant Herald, level 65, (Wakening Land) loot a Storm Giant Herald Head
[ ] Deliver the heads and follow dialog
[ ] Kill A Giant Messenger at (265, 3150, Wakening Lands) loot Kromzek Supply Orders. and bring the orders back to Lantaric`Dar.
[ ] Kill Cristoc Bonethug (geonid caves WL) and loot a sealed note
[ ] Hail, Vas Thorel in Iceclad Ocean (-5610, 8635) follow dialog spawns an event
[ ]Kill the Kromzek Escort (4 necros, their pets and their leader Noble Oldencamp)
[ ]Deliver the Sealed Kromzek Scroll to Vas Thorel
[ ]Give the four heads to Lantaric`Dar.

NOTE: [EDIT (Smirnof the bard) If "A Cloaking Figure" despawns, it seems that with the zone repop from night to day and vice versa despawns him. Zone out and back in and he should be respawned. Smiley ]
