ok was in a duel with SP noticed his pet was getting dispelled and couldnt figure it out so went through all my gear had sof duel aswell and the answer was.............. my Merc was dispelling his pet and one more noticed my Merc was dispelling mobs i was killing aswell.... never heard anything on that so thought we should share =)

Yep the cleric mercs have been doing that since they were released... can cause definite problems, so this behavior has been removed. The next patch should get rid of it.
