Roster Updates, Message Board Access etc.

I was out of town yesterday with no internet access. I do realize that the 2nd wave of apps still need to be added to the roster (accomplished via a guild roster dump uploaded to the database). Once that is accomplished I need to add the corresponding magelo numbers. I will also work on message board access at lunch this afternoon.
