This is a website of small logos for use in sigs. IE:
How to find a picture's address?
1.Right click on an image and scroll alll the way to the bottom to Properties
2.Let go the mouse button once it's highlighted. This will bring up a new window with details about the image.
3.In the middle is a spot that says Address: (URL). This is the path to your sig.
4.What you need to do, position your mouse at one end of the url there, hold down the left button and move the pointer to the other end of the text. This will highlight it.
5.Once done, copy the text by holding down Ctrl+c keys together at the same time.
6.Now, you can test if you got it by opening a new web page and pasting what you just copied in the URL bar. If you didnt get it, it wont work. If you did, the picture will load into the blank webpage by itself.
How to Change Font Colors In your Sig
At the top of this page is a button called Profile. This is your new best friend. This is where you can change your signature.
1. Click the Profile button at the top of this page (outside this post and above the forums)
2. Scroll down to the signature box.
3. To the left of the signature box you will see something like
HTML is OFF
BBCode is ON
Smilies are ON
4. Click the word BBCode
5. This is the place that teaches you how to code in BB. Pictures, links and changing colors!
6. Scrolling down to teh change color expo reveals that putting the code [color=] [/color] will change the color.
7. While there are a few default color options such as red and cyan many of us want something more personal. In order to do this we need
8. hexadecimal triplet alternative, eg. #FFFFFF, #000000
9. This is basically another computer code to get colors. The best place to look is the Pantone Library. It's a system that Printer's use that has been converted to online format. Here is a good website that shows you the entire book- which is a few thousand colors.
