Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened (salted stick butter)
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup Butter Flavored Syrup - (What you put on pancakes for breakfast)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
4 very ripe bananas, mashed - Medium size
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and syrup - mix well.
3. Stir in the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition.
4. Stir in vanilla and banana.
5. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
6. Blend the banana mixture into the flour mixture; stir just to combine. Fold in walnuts. Pour batter into prepared pan.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
