Gamers have health issues. try to make a practice of getting up at least once an hour. Walk around the room, go walk the dog, walk around the house a couple of times, stretch. Set a clock or timer so you are not sedimentary for more then 60 minutes. If your in a group, advice the group to take 5 after an hours worth of tasks, you will be refreshed and have gotten your circulation going.
