Old -Timer saying hi.....
Dont know if many of you remember me. But i used to play mainly my warrior Chaotix(iksar) and sometimes my shaman Dauk. I used to hang with Grishkalur alot. I was sometimes known as Lingo as well.
I remember waaay back when MLF first became Skyshrine capable(heh fun times).
Anyway, i see some familiar names like Leiph and Jorrel and some others(Leiph and I started out in the same guild if i recall right.).
I was wondering where Grish went or the stalwart dwarven MLF Leader went(if he is in fact still the leader). Are they still playing the game or have they moved to EQ2 or WoW.
Been thinking about coming back to EQ because DAoC has gotten boring and im tired of the imbalances in the game(always seems to be in a pvp game). How is the level progression now? is it still slow at levels 55+?
Welp thanks in advance and i wish all of you well.
PS: Last time io came back Grish was in Triune i believe.

Heya Chaotix. Things are going well here. Flint moved on to WoW and Grishkalur transferred to a different server with Keldora about a year ago maybe and I'm not sure if the still play. Check out the roster and you'll still see a lot of old names though.
The game has changed a lot and while it was tough getting to this point, things aren't as bad as they used to be. Getting to 70 (current level cap) isn't so bad and can be reached quickly depending on your play times. They do plan to raise the level cap once the next expansion comes out which is slated for sometime in September if i'm not wrong.
Anyway, good hearing from you and maybe we'll see you in-game someday soon.

Hail and well met Master Lingo (his cleric)was my mentor when I was in my 30's learning how to time a C-heal. LOL we used to camp the Giants castle in Great Divide and he wouldn't let me heal him untile he went beserk with a C-heal. So for you people that I have sent into the purple club, He is the reason for it :p.
Good to see you on Master
