I see it says Bolt spells no longer fire straight up. Perhaps this could be a fix to the issue I was having with my Bolt line. I would cast it, it would cast normally, and nothing would land. Maybe now it'll work consistently. Speaknoevil is pleased.

I had not spent any points on TSS aa's, so no, nor did they take any any previous aa's I had acquired in TSS zones, so that's a good thing, I guess.
