I think Vamania is the only one that could combine this spell at the current time.

That said, she's pretty reasonable if you can come up with components for her. ( reasonable may be an understatement, but I'll let her say it, hehe)

Every time I cast my new whizz-bang heal, I think of you Vamania! and yes, the price was fairly reasonable ... what an understatement!! I just looted a shaggy or whatever parchment, so will pass it on to you next time I see you.

Finally feel like I can actually do some good healing now!
